Upon move-in, you will be required to apply for a digital parking pass University Parking Association (UPA) through utahparkpass.com. Please understand that parking in a stall without a digital pass, regardless of you being a registered resident of The Green, will result in your vehicle being towed/booted. Booting and towing are at the Vehicle Owner’s own expense and fees cannot be added to your Resident Portal account as all fees are paid directly to UPA.

You may park ONLY in your permitted parking area or space-unmarked stalls. If a resident or resident’s guest(s) are found parking in unauthorized areas, including “Future Resident” or “Reserved” stalls during office hours, that vehicle is subject to being booted, towed, and UPA fees, as well as additional fees placed by The Green Management due to a lease violation occurrence.
Visitor parking must be requested through UPA’s website utahparkpass.com. Please pay attention to posted signage, parking decals on the road, and additional parking instructions sent to you periodically through email and text.
The Green Management has arranged with UVU that both lots M21 or M29 will not be patrolled for day use (not overnight) on either Friday, August 16th, or Saturday, August 17th. These parking lots are available for resident use during these two move-in dates as a courtesy of residents and parents, again ONLY for day use.
