What Safety measures are taken on the premises?

The Green on Campus Drive has property cameras in each of the hallways that become a resource for management if anything were to happen. The property also has an on-site Security Team who walk the property, including every floor of every building, each night as standard procedure. The Security team closely coordinates with local police officials in instances that require additional support. As a final precaution, The Green also uses controlled access to gain entry to the buildings 24/7 to monitor who is entering property and unit entrances.

What are my options if I need to get out of my contract early?

If you want to get out of your contract early, you have two options:
Option 1: You can sell your lease at any time. (For all the details on selling your lease, including the associated fees, visit this [link to the Contract Transfer Fee page of website].)
Option 2: Those serving in the military can work with our team through an early termination process; please keep in mind that deployment paperwork will need to be emailed to the property’s Resident Life Director and will be further reviewed by the property’s legal counsel to grant this request.

Are there any opportunities to be involved with the university or community while living on-site?

The opportunities to be involved at The Green on Campus Drive and in the community are endless! Our Resident Advisors (RAs) plan monthly events for the residents and their guests to participate in. We encourage participation from our residents who enjoy being involved, and we often work with different local organizations for our events. Those residents who are actively engaged around the property tend to be happier and more successful, both personally and scholastically. Students who create and build friendships with their RA’s are more likely to discover new opportunities and reap the benefits of involvement where they live. In addition to opportunities on our property, UVU’s significant growth has given all students really fun opportunities to be involved on campus. These opportunities have created strong connections between the students and their university. There’s something for everyone, and your RA is a great resource if you don’t know where to start!

Are there quiet areas to study on the property?

Yes! The Green has themed study rooms all around the property within Buildings 1, 3, and 2 available for all tenants. Feel free to check out the latest study room renovations: The Den (BLDG 3), The Green House (BLDG 3), Rainbow Room (BLDG 1), Mountain View (BLDG 1).
