You’ll find great options just a few minutes’ drive away. di Napoli (about 4 minutes/1.0 mile) and Bubbakoo’s Burritos (about 4 minutes/1.0 mile) are both near University Parkway, and Meraki Greek Grill is a bit further out (about 6 minutes/1.7 miles).

Walmart Supercenter is the closest, about a 5-minute, 1.0-mile drive. Good Earth Markets is about 5 minutes (1.5 miles) away, and Smith’s is about 7 minutes (2.1 miles) away.

Yes! Resident Advisors plan monthly events for residents and their guests, often with local organizations. There’s also a full slate of social amenities, including a game room, music room, fire pits, and pickleball and volleyball courts, which make it easy to meet people. And since you’re right across from UVU’s growing campus, there are plenty of ways to get involved at school too.

Rent varies by floor plan and room type (private, shared, master, and so on). Rates and availability change often, so you’ll find the most accurate pricing on our floor plans page.

Pricing is per person. Each room type within an apartment is priced and leased individually.

Yes, for most room types! The Private, Master, and Detached room options all come with a private bedroom and bathroom.

Yes. With the Shared room type, you share a bedroom with another resident, at a lower price point than private rooms.

Yes. Each room is priced and leased individually by type, rather than the whole apartment being leased as one unit.

The Green offers two lease terms:

• Freshman 2×2 shared rooms: a 10-month lease from mid-August through late May
• All other floor plans: a lease from mid-August through late July

Utilities are billed as a separate $60 monthly charge rather than being included in base rent.

Wi-Fi is provided through a $30 monthly communications fee. Every unit has its own router, which keeps network traffic light and your connection fast!

You can pay rent in full at move-in, or in monthly installments due on the 1st of each month. A $75 late fee applies to late payments, and returned payments carry a $20 fee.

Move-in costs include a $50 application fee, a $125 administrative fee, and a $350 security deposit.

Yes. Liability coverage is required and available through the property for $22 a month, or you can opt out by providing proof of your own policy. Personal property coverage is optional.

Yes! The Green has themed study rooms for all residents: The Den and The Green House in Building 3, and the Rainbow Room and Mountain View in Building 1.

Every unit comes with an in-unit washer and dryer.

Yes! Parking is free in the community’s large parking garage, though spaces are limited.

Yes, indoor bike storage is available for $10 per month.

Yes! Resident Advisors plan monthly events for residents and their guests, often in partnership with local organizations.

The Green has security cameras in every hallway. An on-site security team walks the entire property, every floor of every building, each night, and building and unit entry is access-controlled 24/7. The security team also coordinates with local police when additional support is needed.

It’s a good idea to apply as early as you can, since specific room types and floor plans can fill up well ahead of the semester.

When you apply, you’ll need a government-issued ID and your Social Security number.

Yes, there’s a $50 application fee per application.

The application takes under 20 minutes to complete, and most applications are approved in under 10 minutes! Depending on the background check, approval can take up to 72 hours.

Yes, we run a credit and background check. To qualify, applicants need a credit score of 650 or higher and a 3:1 income-to-rent ratio.

Yes. If you can’t find a co-signer, you can use our guarantor service, Homebody! The guarantor application fee is $50.

Yes, international students are welcome at The Green! You’ll need to submit a government-issued ID with your application. You’ll also need either a U.S. guarantor who meets the qualifying criteria above or the Homebody guarantor option.

New lease terms typically begin with a move-in date of August 15. Once the lease term has started, you can move in anytime.

You have two options:

• Sell or transfer your lease to another qualifying resident. A fee applies, equal to 85% of one month’s rent plus the difference between the selling price and current market rent. Details are in our Contract Transfer Process.
• If you’re entering military service, request early termination through our Resident Life Director. Email your deployment paperwork, which will be reviewed by the property’s legal counsel.

Your apartment comes furnished, so just bring:

• twin XL bed sheets
• a shower curtain (the rod is already included!)
• pots, pans, utensils, and plates
• countertop appliances
• decorations

Yes! We’ll match you with roommates based on the preferences in your application. You can also request a specific roommate through the front office.

Packages can be delivered to three places: your mailbox, the Amazon Hub lockers, or right to your front door.

Submit maintenance and service requests anytime through the resident portal.

Make The Green your home! A few tips:

• Skip LED light strips, since they easily peel off paint.
• Use tacks to hang decorations, since they only leave a small hole.
• Avoid nailing or drilling into the walls.

Damage charges range from $25 to $1,000 depending on severity and are deducted from your deposit.

Pets aren’t allowed at The Green. If you have an emotional support animal (ESA), please contact the leasing office before move-in to confirm the accommodation process.

Visitors are welcome! Each resident receives 4 visitor parking passes per month, and the property has 10 visitor passes available each day. With a valid visitor pass through UPA, visitors can park anywhere on the lot. Guests may stay up to 5 nights in a row, and there’s a limit of 10 people in a unit at one time.

Renewals begin around October, so stop by the office then to request your renewal and we’ll get you set up!

If you’re moving out, the standard move-out date is July 23. Before you go, review the move-out packet and the cleaning inspection schedule. A few move-out fees to know:

• A failed cleaning check carries a $25 fee, plus $50 for a recheck.
• Additional cleaning can range from $25 to $1,000, depending on severity.
• Trash left behind starts at $25.
